He is constantly seeking new ways to enhance the WOW factor and evolve the overall dining experience. Phil is hungry to offer St Albans his flair, passion, enthusiasm and creativity ‘on a plate'. As well as a high quality front of house experience, he wants to leave diners feeling pampered and special, with only one question, ‘When can I come back?'
