I saw Becky for back pain following a road traffic accident. I chose to have the treatment in my own home, which was far more convenient. Becky was so kind and caring and easy to talk to; she thoroughly explained my treatment plan. The care I received was second to none and really helped me, easing my pain and symptoms from the first session. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
Thank you Becky for such a (surprisingly) enjoyable way to look after my changing form during this pregnancy. I really appreciate how you were able to tailor each exercise and your expertise to our different pregnancies, and our different fitness levels. Incredibly supportive and informative, I would recommend you to more of my friends.
I found my fit back and bump sessions easy to follow and a great way to get to grips with how my body was changing during the pregnancy. BEcky was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and made it very easy to discuss any worries or ask questions. The exercises were easy to follow and build up - simple but you could feel them working! The sessions also made me feel more confident about what exercise is safe to - an area that I have struggled to get a straight answer on in the past. So far, this pregnancy has been less uncomfortable than last time and I feel I have the exercises to help protect my back and prepare for the next stage.
