This very popular workshop covers what your child needs to eat to be healthy as well as lots of different strategies for encouraging your child to try new food and enjoy new tastes. This is an informal workshop with plenty of opportunity for questions throughout the workshop and our nutritionist will also be around afterwards to answer any individual questions that you might have. It is also a great opportunity to meet and share your experiences with other parents in a similar situation to you.
