"I have attended many Buggyfit classes at Fassnidge park in Uxbridge run by Gemma and have really enjoyed them. Its a great way of starting to get back in shape and also a great wat to meet other new mums." Michelle P taken from Netmums 25.9.13
"Its great to be able to get some exercise and take my son with me. I have been going for a few weeks and can certainly feel it working the next day after. Its lovely getting out on a Monday morning, getting some fresh air and feeling like the week is starting with some exercise. It's not too strenous at the time, so I haven't felt out of my depth trying to get back into exercise. It would be nice to have some more mums there as the class can be quite small, and it is a good way to meet new people, talking and walking." Helen A - review taken from Netmums 13.1.14
"Another fabulous workout, looking forward to next weeks class!!! Great teacher, great class, great new friends. Thanks Gemma." Sam. Review taken from www.facebook.com/buggyfitUxbridgeandCowley 17.1.14
"I started BuggyFit when my daughter was 7 weeks old and am still going now she is 9 months old. I really enjoy the way that we can all go at our own pace. It's a great way to meet and chat with other mums and Gemma is really friendly and approachable. We get a good variety of exercises and it really works! It's really helped me lose my pregnancy weight and I've had a lot of fun too." Posted by Tamzin on Netmums.
"I've been doing Buggyfit for almost 7 months now and I absolutely love it! I started when my baby was 5 months and I was completely unfit. I was a little bit nervous about going to the class and feeling left behind but what I love the most is that it didn't matter! Gemma helped and made me feel comfortable with what I could do and gave me specific instructions about what I could do which helped me a lot!! Also, I'm loving the music she is playing in the park at the moment. It gives me that boost that you need whilst exercising!! Attending buggyfit is quality me-time as I get to talk to the other girls and it's great for helping me bond with my baby as it feels like I am just having a walk in the park with him! Totally reccomend it!!" Paulina posted on Netmums.

"I enjoy the buggy fit class as it makes you feel good mentally and physically. I think no other form of workout can beat an exercise in fresh air. Gemma is great, offering variety of exercises by alternating them each lesson. I strongly recommend this class for mums who try to get fit and have fun whitout worrying about their babies." "It's much easier to exercise in a group. I don't feel as motivated exercising by myself. The pace of the class is good. It's not so exhausting that I can't continue my day which is ideal with a baby to take care of. Thank you Gemma for a really enjoyable class." Jagdeep via text message.
"Best group exercise class in the fresh air while enjoying the company of other mums and babies!"

"Buggyfit is a great way to keep fit and the best thing is that you can take the baby with you so no worries about him waking up or needing a babysitter. Gemma runs a great class and always works us hard. It's also a great way to meet other mums and have a good natter." Kirat Sharma.
"I really enjoy going to Buggyfit. The classes are fun and relaxed and everyone can go at their own pace. Gemma is really lovely so you don't mind doing another set of squats!" Tamzin West.
