Nordic Walking


Learn to Nordic Walk in this 4-week course, 1 hour per week.

It burns 40% more calories than normal walking, uses the upper body as well as the bum, tummy & legs and its really fun & sociable. Its perfect if you are new to exercise, or want to get back into it gently after a period of rest.

Once you are qualified you can join any of the organised walks in the country, and our regular weekly local walks.
