The dance inspired workout classes not only tone the body, but are also beneficial for a healthy heart and preventing osteoporosis. They are also fantastic fun. The Kettlebell classes are excellent for shaping bottoms, toning thighs, slimming waists and banishing bingo wings. If you want to strengthen and tone your core muscles Fitness Pilates is for you. The classes are fun and friendly and taken by an experienced professional.
