Not your bog-standard trainer!


I train my clients (mostly women) in a private 121 studio in Rickmansworth using kettlebells, TRX, dumbells, barbells, skipping ropes, steps, boxing gloves and their own body weight.

No two clients are the same, nor do they get the same workout.

I will encourage you and push you to get the most out of your session and work towards your goals, whatever they are. I will constantly challenge you, within your limits.

I won't bully you or shout at you, nor tell you to eat crazy diets that starve you. But I also won't take any nonsense.

All I ask is that you give it your all.

Then you will get results.
