Pilates classes


Pilates classes for everyone!

We offer a range of different Pilates classes to meet everyone's needs - Pilates classes for Mums & Babies (no childcare required) if your baby is not yet crawling; Chair Pilates classes if you think you will struggle to get up and down from the mat; a range of Fundamental and Progression classes for those who are beginners and want to learn or those with identified health issues or simply those who want to come and relax whilst exercising.

Pilates is a low impact, safe form of exercise that will lengthen and tone your body, building your core strength to help with issues like back pain, but also to improve posture and help correct imbalances in the body. It is often recommended by Health professionals if you are suffering from health issues that make other exercise options unsuitable.


Mums and Babies - Wednesday's 11.15 to 12.15; Saturday's 11.45-12.45
Chair Pilates - Wednesday's 10.45
Fundamentals - Friday's 1pm, 2pm, 3pm
Progression - Friday's 10am, Saturday 9.30 & 10.30, Monday's 6.15pm
Intermediate - Friday's 11am
Advances - Monday's 7.30pm
