Ideal for first time mums, I offer pre and postnatal yoga classes for continuous support through your pregnancy and new motherhood.

My pregnancy yoga classes are small & personal to a group of 4-5 women. Supporting you in the immediate postnatal period, I offer classes for mums & their babies (up to 6 months). My small classes are held in a lovely, calm and equipped home studio - you will feel welcome, safe & nurtured. I also run Mummy & Me yoga classes at the Whittington Park Community Centre (babies up to 1 year).

    Mummy and me yoga classes with Sandra have been just what I need after a busy week. She provides a relaxing atmosphere where I become more aware of my body, and relieve some stress. Her classes provide me with the benefits of yoga whilst bonding with my little one. Not to mention it is affordable.

    Pregnancy Yoga with Sandra has been the highlight of my week during my pregnancy. It's relaxing, gentle, and supportive. I have learned so much through the class. I highly recommend! I can't wait to start doing the mummy and me yoga with her after the birth as well!
