Mum and Baby Yoga


Mum and baby yoga can help to “heal” from within, regain core strength, and tone gently but effectively. Postures and movement will work the whole body but in particular we focus on stretching out, opening, and lengthening those areas most needed by mums with new or young babies. Breathing practices and relaxations can help soothe you and your baby, and give some much needed rest.

The classes also allow some lovely together-time, bonding with postures for two, fun baby yoga moves, and yes the odd song or two! And of course it's a great opportunity to meet other new mums in the area, share experiences, top tips, and afterwards enjoy a well deserved post-class cuppa!
