Spend most of your time sat at your desk or on your sofa? The Move it, don't lose it pilates class will help you increase flexibility and build strength and stamina in your core and postural muscles. Feel empowered, focused, strong, toned and ready for anything life throws at you! Know that you are stopping the clock on bad posture, poor flexibility and potential back pain.
