Little Food Explorers gets pre-school children excited about eating healthy foods. Each week we go on a new adventure and explore different tastes on the way.

Every session is based around a different theme; one week we could be at pirate auditions, the next week we'll be zooming into outer space and another we could be rounding up escaped animals at the zoo.

Each theme links with fruits and vegetables that the children explore using all their senses. We use a range of techniques to familiarise them with the textures, tastes, smells and appearance of healthy foods and remove the ‘eurgh' from eating.
