The weekend foundation course is designed for parents, expectant parents, grandparents and those whose line of work brings them into contact with families and young people. You'll learn about human development, babies' emotions, how to understand your baby or child and how to improve your communication techniques and deepen your relationships. We'll also guide you to use awareness of your early life to enhance your skills as a parent and we'll show you how to make repairs if things don't go smoothly.
