Established in 2010, we are dedicated to providing safe and effective exercise classes for mums-to-be. Provided that your doctor is happy with you to exercise, you can start exercising from 16 weeks of pregnancy and continue with your practice until your due date. By attending our classes you will be able to:
- Maintain your muscle tone and get fit for delivery
- Strengthen Pelvic floor muscles for a smooth delivery & effective recovery
- Relax and breathe
- Lay foundation for getting your figure back to normal after the birth
- Meet other local mums-to-be
The number of participants in the class is limited to 10 to allow for individual corrections. Our classes are suitable for ladies with Pelvic Girdle Pain and we often get referrals from physiotherapists. We modify exercises according to the trimester, physical ability and doctor's recommendations.

Clara Grosjean, 23 January 2014: "What a pleasure to have met a such dedicated Pilates teacher!!! I have been following the classes since my 16th week of pregnancy and I am now 34 weeks.. It is really help you. I hope I will be able to go until my last week.Thank you Dina for everything, Clara"
Diana Paquot, 27 January 2014: "Dina's classes are an absolute must for anyone suffering from the little aches and pains of pregnancy. After just a couple of lessons I noticed such improvement and greater flexibility, and as a result got hooked! Dina is a great teacher and very attentive! Many thanks and look forward to more classes!"
Ann-Maree McDonald, 30 January 2014: "I was doing reformer pilates up until 10 weeks pregnant and have been very pleasantly surprised and pleased about how much I am getting out of Dina's matwork classes. The intensity is just right, and she gives you a lot of personal attention to make sure you are doing all of the exercises correctly which is just what you need. After just a couple of weeks of classes, the hip and knee pain I was suffering at night seemed to go away. Couldn't recommend enough."
Jaimie Moffitt, 4 March 04 2014:"I went to Dina's antenatal Pilates classes from 18 weeks pregnant right through my pregnancy and I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. Dina is fantastic and genuinely cares about her customers - constantly making important adjustments during movements if required to make it safer or more targeted. Her classes give you a great session of both strength and stretching - both so important during all stages of pregnancy I found. For those looking for a decent pilates workout (as opposed to the too gentle antenatal classes I found online) this is definitely for you as you can stage your moves to suit you - harder or lighter depending how you feel that day. Thanks again Dina - I've thoroughly enjoyed every class (even the squats). Jaimie"
Petra Sjostedt, 10 March 2014: "The classes are brilliant. Never more than 10 in a class so you have plenty of attention from the teacher to ensure you do the exercises correctly. Also great for meeting other expecting mothers in the area. Highly recommended!"
Elisabetta Giorgerini, 9 April 2014:"A very accomplished teacher who pays a lot of attention to our movements and explains every exercise with care. Her exercises are really studied in order to improve our strength and to relief our back pains! It's enough to try one time to be aware of how Dina's pilates works!"
Camilla Hoenich, 17 June 2014: "I've really enjoyed my Pilates classes. Dina is such a good instructor getting the perfect balance between ensuring we are stretching ourselves without feeling unable to keep up. I look forward to my class each week!"
