Have you ever wanted to learn to meditate? desperate for a way to relax, I mean really relax? Then this is for you.

Guided meditation class is a truly lovely way to relax, re energise and find balance.

You simply turn up, sit down and allow me to guide you through a deeply relaxing meditation experience. No chanting or anything that might make you uncomfortable, just sit, close your eyes and listen to my voice as I guide you to deep relaxation.

No more than 10 people in a class and really friendly so you can feel sure that you will receive the warmest welcome.

We meet each Wednesday at 10am and classes last for an hour and a half and include refreshments.

Bring a sweater or cardigan as we sometimes use the riverside deck and it can get chilly.
