An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to work for Benchworks, a specialist interior contractor with extensive experience in the Retail, Commercial, Museum & Heritage sectors.
This is a challenging and varied role that offers the opportunity to positively impact on a growing company. The HR Manager will report to the Directors and will lead and manage the HR function for 25 + personnel. The Post holder will have the ability to build strong relations with personnel, providing advice and guidance to the Directors on all elements of HR policy and procedure which is in- line with legislative compliance and employment law.
