Theatrebugs; the drama, music and dance provider for children aged 3 months to 7 years are recruiting a highly organized, enthusiastic and efficient assistant to join their small team in the Maidstone area.
• Supporting the Marketing and Sales Director
• Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
• Dealing with clients via phone and email
• Taking bookings
• Stocktaking and ordering inventory
• Liaising with designer and printers
• Admin relating to sales
• Arranging inventory collection with our teachers
• Using our systems such as BookingBug, QNAP, Sage Pay and mailchimp
• Credit Control, petty cash and banking
• Collating information and inputting to excel spreadsheets and producing reports
• General administration
• Ad hoc duties
The successful candidate will
• Have excellent administrative skills and attention to detail along with a good knowledge of MS Word & Excel
• Be IT savvy: able to pick up and work with new systems quickly and efficiently
• Experience of working within a fast paced, target driven environment
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
4 or 5 days per week
10am-4pm (each day)
January 2016 start.
