Mums often struggle with themselves in some way. Seldom does anyone praise you for the amazing work you do. Often Mums slip into habits that they have barely noticed. Their self-esteem slips, confidence drops, energy drops, they often gain weight, sometimes their relationship with their partner deteriorates.
All this happens because you have been so busy attending the to-do list, children fed and watered, your job going - so it feels that you really have no time to make change, to reflect on what you're doing. Life keeps on passing.
