Fitness Boot Camp


A great new indoor fitness bootcamp starting every Friday at 6.30pm from 2nd October. Using a variety of cardiovascular and resistance exercises, this is a fantastic way to lose weight, tone up, get fit - whatever your goal. Our one hour sessions are great fun, you will work at your own pace, and we promise you won't get shouted at like other boot camps! So why not come along and give it try.
