STRESSED ? I'm holding a Sunday Workshop to Quiet your Mind and your Life.
You'll learn many different types of methods including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, basic Meditation techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique, NLP methods plus Relaxation with imagery - you will be learning these methods as well as practising them for a day of 'relaxation of the mind' and be able to use them daily for de stressing to stop stress building up.
