Shahin Ahmed has cooking up authentic Indian cuisine since opening up in Hallgate in 1998. His previous business partner left and now Mr Salik, of the Tandoor Mahal and Zaffran restaurants, has come on board to maintain the high quality of food and service. Whether it is a mild chicken korma or a hot vindaloo, there is something to cater for every taste. The fully-licensed and air conditioned restaurant has a loyal customer base and is well-known in Cottingham and beyond.
