East Hull Fitmums & Friends welcomes everyone to sessions - no need to be a mum, or female - men welcome and all ages (over 16 years). If you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact admin@fitmums.org.uk

Buggy sessions are designed to provide a cardio –vascular workout for pregnant ladies and for parents with babe in tow but anyone is welcome - no buggy or child required. Perfect for parents who don't have child care or simply to enjoy some active time together with your children and like-minded parents.

Buggy walks normally involve a 2 or 3 mile walk of varying paces to suit all; power walking for those who want or a more gentle pace for others. Some sessions also include toning activities to give an all-round workout and some involve some “walking speed work” with buggies for those wanting an extra workout. Buggy walks may be park based or involve routes on pavements/tracks.
