Within our sessions we will be combining both Aerobic and Artistic Gymnastics to form one type of club that caters for both disciplines. We aim to provide a fun environment where both boys and girls aged 4+ can learn new aerobic and artistic skills, movement patterns, keep fit & healthy and make new friends in a safe and structured environment.
Our sessions will help to enhance gymnasts flexibility, strength, power, coordination, agility, dance, basic steps, gymnastic skills, musicality, and fundamental movement skills.
At the end of each 10 week block a small gift will be awarded to most improved gymnast and this student will have the honour of taking home our club mascot - "Max" a cuddly teddy bear for the week.
We run classes suitable for recreational gymnasts all the way up to elite. Whether your child wants to keep fit, have fun, make new friends or be the next Olympian we have a class that suits all. MAXimum Force provides many different sessions based on the age and level of the gymnast - our Elite Gymnasts are now preparing to compete in their first competition for the club.

I would just like to leave a review regarding the person that runs this Gymnastics class - Maxine Rivers. She worked as a nanny for me and I found her to be extremely dishonest and as such not someone I would want as a role model in my childrens life, even as a gymnastics instructor.
To put into context, she lied to me twice on where she was taking my children - told me she was at a playgroup when really she took kids to meet her friend so she could hang out with her. I pulled her up on it the first time telling her I cannot stress how important it is for me to know where my children are (duh!! you would think it goes without saying!) THEN she brazenly did exactly the same thing again. My 2 yr old told on her.
She then tried to look after my kids alongside someone else behind my back. She had a 7yr old and a 3yr old waiting outside my house unattended for a good 15 minutes whilst she picked up my 2.5yr old and 8 month old. It's only when I went running out by chance to tell her something that I saw the 2 girls with her and asked what was going on. She then tried to lie AGAIN saying their mum had just dropped them off and she was going to meet her in a cafe!?! The story then changes to say it was agreed with their mum...and lies go on and on and on.
I wouldn't be writing this review if she just held her hand up and apologised. But instead she continues to deny it and tell more lies so I see it as my duty of care to let other mothers know so they can make make an informed decision about having Maxine in their childs lives.
