Pregnant? New Baby? Have you heard of a Doula?

A doula can support mum and her family in many ways, starting from pregnancy, through birth and into early parenthood.
In essence, a doula ‘mothers the mother'.

I am able to work flexibly, intensively, as an hourly rate or in a package. Postnatally I will provide any mum with time and support to have a period of rest and time to bond with new baby. I can take care of chores, cooking or giving you space to take time out for a lavender bath!
