I offer a unique holistic approach when working with my clients.

Just going to the gym on your own or with a personal trainer and working your socks off is NOT always the answer.

Yes, it is good that you are going to the gym and getting some movement, getting your blood pumping and getting a sweat on (which does help to detox the body). But remember this: exercise is a STRESS on the body! Albeit a good one to some degree (depending on how you are training).

It's all well and good going to the gym, training with focus, high intensity and with regularity, but if you don't have the health (vitality) to support it, you are taking two steps backwards whilst trying to move forwards. This is where I, can help you.
