I take a holistic approach to looking at your lifestyle to ensure you reach your goals. I have always believed in incorporating strength and conditioning training as a complement to other sports and running. I advocate women incorporating this into their fitness regimes to develop bone strength, increase lean muscle tissue and assist fat loss.

I have a keen interest in nutrition and the importance of combining a sensible approach to healthy eating along with exercise to achieve optimum results.

As mother of three I understand the demands of pregnancy and bringing up a family and integrating exercise into family life. I enjoy working with mums-to-be and new mums, and understand what is both safe and essential for this special population in reversing the effects of postural deviations brought about by pregnancy and childbirth, and restoring the pelvis floor and deep core musculature.
