Reflexology is a calming and relaxing complementary therapy in which a therapist uses thumbs/fingers to apply comfortable pressure to reflex points on the feet. It is a safe & non-invasive holistic treatment. It helps to maintain your inner balance & well-being, eliminate toxins, release endorphins, reduce stress and revitalise energy levels.

During pregnancy it helps with relaxation, stress & anxiety relief, associated discomforts, preparing the body for a normal spontaneous term delivery, a more efficient & shorter labour, restoring balance in the postnatal period, establishing breastfeeding and emotional wellbeing.
