Learn how to massage your baby in a baby & parent friendly environment. Aids bonding, calming & relaxing, stimulates baby's development. Specific massage to relieve colic & trapped wind + learn how to use aromatherapy & reflexology for you & your baby.

Each session 1hr followed by chat & relax session with gluten free cake & fruit. Weekly discussions about baby behaviour states, crying, colic, tummy time, teething, co-sleeping etc. Classes are baby led. Your baby is allowed to cry (so are you) & you can feed/change your baby right on your mat. There are also dolls to practice on if your baby decides to sleep through the session & we recap each week.

6 week course £48 inc. organic massage oil, all course notes/massage procedure & info folder with relevant info
