STOTT® Pilates helps develop strength, flexibility, endurance and improved posture, without building bulk or stressing your joints. It works by strengthening your stabilising muscles resulting in a long, lean and toned physique.
New STOTT Pilates class is now running in 12 Rounds Boxing Gym on Wednesday's. Classes will last for 1 hour and is open to all levels. Just bring yourself and a mat. Venue is opposite Clapham Junction station.
