Classes: Pilates



All exercises in this class have a variety of levels, options and modifications. Beginners can stay at the first level and once confident you can challenge yourself more! The sessions focus on using the correct techniques and postures to target different muscle groups. I use the Pilates ring to help clients engage that core and work areas that are normally tricky to reach, like the inner thighs! It is the perfect class for anyone looking to avoid or recover from injury and people who want to tone up and get strong. It also offers strengthening support to those who train regularly (eg. Runners, swimmers, cyclists) in order to realign muscle imbalances. Pilates really is for everyone, and this class will show you why!

    Lara is a brilliant teacher. I was new to Pilates and have a few long term sports injuries and she was great at guiding me through each move and providing an alternative position if needed. I've learnt how good Pilates is, especially if you put your body through stress in another sport – I'm definitely hooked!

    I really enjoyed my first Pilates class, Lara is a wonderful teacher. I was nervous I might not be able to keep up as I'm a complete beginner but she explained and demonstrated each position and I was able to follow it all. Lara is a really warm and positive teacher, and the class had a very relaxed upbeat vibe. I would highly recommend her classes.
