Sue is a mother and a granny and an experienced teacher of Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Mother & Baby classes. Classes are suitable from 14-41 weeks and offer a safe way to exercise during this special time, whether you are a beginner or advanced yogini. They include breathwork, sounds and movements for birth preparation and an opportunity to meet other pregnant women in the local area. Each class concludes with Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). Mats, blocks and blankets are provided.

Pregnancy on Wednesdays 3pm-4.30pm and Sundays 5.30pm-7pm
Postnatal Mums with Babies (to moving) on Wednesdays 1.20pm-2.45pm
