Pregnancy Yoga classes from 12 weeks Kathleen has been teaching Pregnancy Yoga for 20 years having trained with Janet Balaskas Michel Odent & Lolly Stirk. Pregnancy yoga classes are particularly helpful for women through the blossoming of pregnancy and offer time and space to 'Breathe' listen to your body and tune out from work and enjoy postures and deep relaxation that support you in your pregnancy and prepare you for the birth of your baby. I have attended many many births over my 20 years of teaching as a Doula which informs my classes and my support for women. I also offer Post Natal (Mum & Baby) Yoga and Birth Preparation Sessions for Couples - very practical and hands on, breathing, massage, positions for labour and birth.
