Giving you and your baby a moment to yourselves, this nurturing practice creates a physical, mental and emotional well-being like no other. Combining beautiful flowing movements with stress releasing breath, the class will unlock energy and boost vitality; relieve many pregnancy-related ailments; and help you prepare for an active labour and birth. Not only will you leave feeling relaxed, uplifted, and strong, you may even find you make a new friend or two who's setting out on this exciting new chapter too.

Pregnant women can enjoy this class from 12 weeks right the way through to the end of their pregnancy. Comfort is key so please bring a cushion or pillow and a blanket.
