Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, works quickly to give you strength, balance, flexibility and the ability to remain calm and centred through life's challenges.

Kundalini Yoga gives you the formula for experiencing the essence of You (which is what all yoga aims to do), and it does it quickly, with results possible from your very first class.

It draws from all Yogic systems, and includes posture/asana, sound, mantra, breath, and meditation.

Beginners welcome.

Classes - Monday 10-11.15am, Tuesday 7-8.30pm

Please bring a mat, blanket, water - £10 for taster, then £10 or 12 (drop -in).
