Thanks to his travels throughout the world, Cyrus Todiwala has developed a colourful palate of intense flavours.
He found a natural correlation between Goan, Portuguese and Brazilian cuisine, combined with that of his Indian homeland, and Cyrus has made it his mission to share this discovery with the British public with his Goan Canteen, Assado, where the food remains strongly influenced by Indian/ Goan cooking with hints of the others.
Assado offers a prime casual dining experience with freshly made food that can also be taken away and enjoyed in the office, at home or as the perfect dinner offering.
