In a fun and hands on 3 hour class, you will learn to bake a range of classic recipes for a delicious afternoon tea to be taken home and enjoyed.<br /><br />Traditional Fruited Scones<br />Mini Lemon Sponge Cakes with zesty frosting<br />Fresh Almond Fruit Tartlets.<br /><br />Skills learnt:<br /><br />Making & working with butter pastry<br />Making frangipane (almond cream)<br />Decorating with buttercream icing<br />Professional tips and advice for baking at home<br /><br />﻿All kit and ingredients are provided, along with refreshments and recipes to take home. Classes are taught by a professional baker in small groups up to 4 people for maximum benefit. Children welcome too!
