Strong Mums is a CrossFit post-natal class aiming to get mums strong and back into shape, grow confidence and provide an opportunity to meet like-minded mums. The class is run by Abi Hardy a qualified personal trainer with specialist qualifications in post-natal exercise.

Strong Mums will not only help you take control of your body's shape and help you feel better mentally, it gives you the opportunity to take some time out for yourself!!

CrossFit can be scaled to suit every individual at any level; if you've never trained before, it really doesn't matter! Perfecting basic body weight movements can be used to begin with, such as squats, which is an everyday movement you'™d do naturally anyway. The class takes place each Tuesday from 11:15 - 12:15. So come down, lose weight, get fit and have fun! Be Strong!!!!
