Recruitment Administrator
Temporary 12 month contract
25 hours p/week (with an increase between September – November)

As part of the People Engagement team you will support our Customers, Stores & the Recruitment & Training Managers throughout the recruitment, selection & induction process.

You will be the first point of contact for any applicant queries that come via the careers email & by phone, & for applicants once they have been offered a position. You will also be a touch point for team members that have recently joined us. You will give a great first impression and welcome all new colleagues on board.

The successful person:
•Excellent communicator - written & verbal
•Computer literate – confident user of word, excel & internet
•High attention to detail
•Ability to prioritise
•Good numeracy & literacy skills
