The Mill at Conder Green


We take pride in our menu and the ingredients we use. Our chefs use only the finest local, fresh produce sourced from Lancashire and the surrounding area of Bowland and sometimes a little further afield. We aim to offer you traditional seasonal Lancashire dishes prepared with our own unique twist.
Our bread & meats come from the award winning Thompsons of Blackpool and Honeywell farm shop. Fish is hauled into Fleetwood fishing port by Neve's of Fleetwood. Our deserts are mostly made in house by our experienced pastry chef and our delicious ices creams come from Wallings of Cockerham.
Our bar is stocked with famous beers & wines and we regularly have guests ales served from the pump all supplied by The Bowland Brewery. Their traditional brewing techniques using locally sourced hops, combined with natural Bowland spring water produce a variety of tasty local ales you will love to savour.
