We Are Flexible


We Are Flexible, to make significant gains in flexibility we need to use techniques that help our bodies open safely and evenly with the appropriate strength to support it.

If you want to find ease in yoga postures so you can focus on the breath; if you want every step you run or pedal you push to take less effort; or if you have a dream to one day do the splits or a deep back bend then come and try this class. The class either focuses on lower body (legs/hips) or the upper body (shoulders / spine).

This class is usually taught by Helena Byles

This class costs £8 to drop in or a 10 class pass for 60 minute classes costs £70.
All class passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
