We Are Stretching


We Are Stretching is a class focused on stretching the body after your morning run (although you don't have to have run to come to class, you may just want to stretch!) We will focus on creating space in the chest/spine, opening the hips and stretching the quads and hamstrings, all the major places that get impacted during a run (or workout, or whilst sitting!)

On a Saturday morning come and join us for the Woodhouse Park Run and then head over to the studio!

This class is usually taught by Helena Byles.

This class costs £8 to drop in or a 10 class pass for 60 minute classes costs £70.
All class passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
