Lazy Daisy Birthing: Weekly pregnancy inspired yoga movement and relaxation classes for ALL mums to be, whatever birth journey you are planning. Our movements can alleviate a range of pregnancy issues, help baby into optimum position for birth, & teach vital birth confidence & relaxation techniques. We use gentle movements (suitable for mums with SPD/PGP), positive birth affirmations, relaxations, breathing techniques & a variety of everyday props to help you understand the physiology of birth & really inspire you to feel confident about your birthing journey.

Our key intention is to help all mums feel confident & to look forward to a relaxed and positive birth, whatever your birthing journey.

Couples active birth preparation workshops are also available - your birthing partner can learn about the physiology of birth & explore ways in which they can support you during labour & beyond.
