Active Birth Movement Breathing & Relaxation


Our movement based antenatal classes are all about birth confidence & wellbeing. We work on physical & mental readiness for birth and an understanding of active birth. Our weekly antenatal classes are designed to suit all shapes and sizes, all fitness levels and flexibilities, and all birth journeys! Daisy Birthing® is an active birth antenatal class underpinned by our own unique active antenatal mind/body movement method (move to improve & rotate to dilate), to wire active birth principals into your subconscious so that they simply play out on d-day! It is designed to help you feel in control during your labour & to recover quickly and to help you feel positive whatever your birthing journey.

Couples active birth preparation workshops are also available - your birthing partner can learn about the physiology of birth & explore ways in which they can support you during labour & beyond.
