Active Birth, Yoga, Breathing & Relaxation


Weekly pregnancy yoga and relaxation classes for ALL mums to be, whatever birth journey you are planning. Our movements can alleviate a range of pregnancy issues, help baby into optimum position for birth, and teach vital birth confidence and relaxation techniques. We use gentle movements (suitable for mums with SPD/PGP), positive birth affirmations, relaxations, breathing techniques & a variety of everyday props to help you understand the physiology of birth & really inspire you to feel confident about your birthing journey.

Our key intention is to help all mums feel confident and to look forward to a relaxed and positive birth, whatever your birthing journey.

Couples active birth preparation workshops are also available, where your birthing partner can learn about the physiology of birth,and explore ways in which they can support you during your birthing journey.
