Meditation is the opportunity to be still and connect with the inner-self, the place where we can connect with peace and healing.

Sometimes people are afraid of meditation because they find it difficult to close the mind down from everyday thoughts but this is so normal.

Meditation includes breathing techniques and guided journeys using colour, crystals and self healing.

Meditation helps to realign the energy fields (chakras and aura) that are within and surround the body.

Meditation is well known for helping to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, high blood pressure, stress,helps with insomnia, strengthens intuition, builds confidence and self-esteem, increases emotional stability and helps to release anger. These are just a few examples.

Every Thursday morning at 10-11 am followed by a cuppa & a biscuit
