Mum and Baby classes focus on post-natal recovery and realignment of the body, building strength and muscle tone from the inside out, whilst at the same time bringing awareness to the physical and emotional bond you have with baby through fun interactive practices that use sound, songs, touch and movement. The classes are equally split between mum, baby and interactive practices and combine strengthening yoga postures with healing breathing and relaxation techniques. Mum and baby classes are informal, friendly classes offering a supportive space in which to bond and interact with your baby and to connect with other mums. We always end the class with a relaxation practice to revitalize body and mind, renewing you for the day ahead.

All Mums and Babies welcome from 6 weeks post birth (subject to well being) to crawling
