Shapeshifters Bootcamps


Hour long classes primarily for ante/post natal women and babies, but anyone is welcome ( inc toddlers and kids!) Every class is different and will work you from head to toe, increasing fitness levels and strength, upper and lower body. We include interval training, plyometrics , deep core work and posture. Expect to burn 500-1000 calories a session! i also do personal training at my Studio gym in Rawdon, no membership necessary! I am a fully qualified level 3 PT with ante/ post natal special qualification. I am also a busy Mum to 3 boys under 4, and have had natural births and a c section, so can pretty much cover everything! I can also help with diet and nutrition.
