Beginners Yoga Course – Sunday 2nd October – Sunday 23rd October – 5pm

Our 4 week beginners yoga course is a comprehensive introduction to yoga, during these 4 weeks you will be introduced to the basics of yoga to lay the foundations that will help you feel ready to jump into any class confidently or begin a home practice.

We have a maximum of 14 people in each class to ensure your get the care and attention that is needed from your yoga teacher.

Each week is designed so that a new topic is covered (with a little refresher of the previous week) that builds your understanding and abilities in the right order.

Week 1: Establishing a practice; introduction to basic poses.

Week 2: Developing breath; the principles of synchronicity.

Week 3: Diving into strength; learning your true power.

Week 4: Embracing the mind; creating deep relaxation and meditation techniques.

We are always on hand to help you choose the next stage and class for you, whatever your goal or aim with starting yoga we'll be there with you, helping and guiding you through your journey.
