Pilates is a great exercise for new mums, strengthening the core and pelvic floor whilst building spinal stability. It really helps get your body back post baby and prepare your body for the lifting and carrying that being a mum demands. I run one to one and small group sessions in your home so that you can exercise without the need for childcare. You can have baby with you and stop to attend if they need mum. If you have a group of friends that you would like to join you I am happy to offer small group sessions or am happy to use a suitable venue in you town or village and set up a group.
