Giving World is looking to recruit someone with good communication and telephone skills for B2B Tele marketing.
Applicants will need to demonstrate experience in communicating over the telephone and have a good telephone manner. The job role will consist of liaising with clients at all levels,
• Providing high levels of customer service to clients and winning new business
• You will be required to contact clients, predominantly via the telephone but also in written format
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially over the telephone
• I.T. skills and the ability to prioritise a workload
• Maintaining and developing a database
• Ability to work well both in a team and on your own
