Having started back in training in February 2013 after maternity leave, I have empathy with all new mothers trying to regain their fitness and shape after the trauma of childbirth on the body, along with all the challenges that motherhood brings. My background includes running (road and cross country), swimming and triathlons.
I am now able to offer personal training in a relaxed and fun environment to suit your individual needs, whatever your goals.
